Jardin Sage Tri-Arched Velvet Sofa | Luxury Rococo Black & Gold Sofa with Nailhead Trim - EKAR FURNITURE
A sofa that balances drama with comfort is a rare achievement, and the Jardin Sage Tri-Arched Velvet Sofa by EKAR FURNITURE manages both with effortless grace. With its high tri-arched backrest, richly carved black frame, and soft garden-toned upholstery, this piece brings the romance of Rococo revival design into the modern living room, creating a seat that feels both theatrical and welcoming. As a premier high-end furniture customization factory, we have crafted this sofa for clients who want their salons to feel curated and intimate at the same time, born from our renowned Foshan furniture factory.
The frame of the sofa is a work of hand-carved artistry. Finished in deep black wood, it is heavily decorated with intricate carvings highlighted in gold paint or gilding, with elaborate scrollwork, acanthus leaf motifs, and floral patterns running across the top rail, armrests, and bottom apron. At the highest point of the backrest sits a central ornate crest that crowns the piece, while small gold-toned nailhead trim lines the inner edge of the frame where the fabric meets the wood, a meticulous detail that defines the boundary between carving and upholstery with a line of light.
The upholstery introduces a quiet, garden-inspired palette, showcasing the capabilities of our Foshan custom furniture factory. The inner backrest is dressed in deep black plush velvet with soft tufting that creates rich depth and shadow, giving the back a textured, dimensional quality. Two large rectangular seat cushions follow in a muted sage green or olive green textured fabric with boxed edges and matching piping, their soft tone providing a gentle counterpoint to the dramatic black and gold of the frame. This pairing of dark velvet and botanical green gives the sofa a sophisticated, grounded elegance.
The seating experience is completed by five accent pillows arranged across the back: a large square in sage green velvet at each end, two smaller rectangular pillows in solid black velvet flanking the center, and a distinctive three-panel center pillow combining a sage green damask panel with tan and dark brown leopard print panels. Four visible cabriole legs support the piece, two at the outer corners and two toward the center of the front apron, each finished in black with gold-painted scrollwork at the knees and ending in scrolled feet. As a leading provider of export furniture, EKAR has engineered this sofa with kiln-dried hardwood framing and high-recovery cushioning built for years of entertaining. Our global reputation is anchored by the high standards of our Foshan export furniture factory, with profound and sustained demand within the India import furniture sector, where clients in Mumbai and New Delhi commission statement seating for palatial residences and five-star hospitality projects.
